This Privacy Policy explains how KidSmart Sheets (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated at worksheets.kidsmartapp.co.uk, collects and uses information when you visit our site, create an account, buy printable worksheets, or contact us.

- Account details — name, email address, and password (stored securely) when you register or sign in with Google.
- Order and payment data — products purchased, amounts, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Contact and support messages — name, email, topic, and message content when you use our contact or request forms.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, and referral URLs, used to run and improve the site.

3. How we use your information
- Provide access to purchased worksheets and your account dashboard
- Process orders and send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
- Respond to support requests and worksheet enquiries
- Improve site performance, security, and content
- Analyse traffic (only where you allow analytics cookies)

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR)
