Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of KidSmart Sheets at worksheets.kidsmartapp.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing worksheets, you agree to these Terms.
1. About KidSmart Sheets
KidSmart Sheets sells digital printable educational worksheets and related materials for home and classroom use. We may update products, pricing, and features from time to time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and make purchases.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and notify us if your email address changes.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
3. Products and licence
When you buy a worksheet pack, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print the materials for private use with children in your household or classroom (for your own students), unless a product page states otherwise.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share downloadable files
- Upload packs to shared drives, marketplaces, or social media for others to download
- Claim authorship of our materials or remove copyright notices
- Use the content to train AI models or create competing commercial products
Schools or organisations needing multi-site or commercial licences should contact us.
4. Orders and payments
- Prices are shown on the Site and charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms as applicable.
- Access to downloads is usually granted after successful payment confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or erroneous.
5. Digital goods and refunds
Worksheet packs are digital content. Once download access has been provided, you generally lose the right to cancel for change of mind under distance-selling rules for digital content, except where required by law (for example if the product is faulty or not as described).
If a file is corrupt or inaccessible, contact us and we will help restore access or provide a replacement download. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — please use Contact Us with your order details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to hack, scrape at abusive rates, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may block access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content, branding, worksheet designs, and software (except third-party marks) are owned by KidSmart / Kazaan IT or our licensors. Purchase grants the limited licence in section 3 only — not ownership of the underlying IP.
8. Third-party services
The Site relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), and Google (optional sign-in / analytics). Their use of your data is governed by their own policies as well as our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
Worksheets are provided for educational practice and enrichment. They are not a substitute for professional teaching advice or formal assessment. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every activity suits every learner or curriculum.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
